This project was a second version of the original, as the room containing the first mural changed purpose, but the family loved wanted to keep the mural… so we reimagined it into a new space. The bears in the scene represent the various family members, and the landscape elements and additional animals are pulled from the local environment… for instance while working one day I watched a bobcat cross the yard outside the window, so added a bobcat kit. I love creating things for people with a personal connection, and this project was an absolute delight, for an appreciative and lovely client.
