Tahoescapes – Steep Painting Series

“Steep” evolved through the ephemeral process of creative inspiration… in this case inspiration took the form of  looking at the landscape in which we live differently… searching for the structure that is embedded within the wild and wonderfully unpredictable but always fiercely beautiful world in which we live. I’ve been delighting in these explorations.  Sometimes things take me in unexpected directions, and one result is the series you see here.

Most of the works in this gallery are currently installed as part of a show at the Truckee Tahoe Airport, other than the commissioned murals depicted. Inquire regarding availability for studio works.
