The intersection of Wilding and Tahoescapes, Gilded fall represents the beauty of our forests and the home that it represents for all the creatures supported by it, including us. Aspens are like nature’s metaphor for family, and community… with individual trees interconnected by the roots.
Mixed acrylic media, spray paint, metal leaf, and charcoal from a controlled burn site at Sagehen Creek Field Station, an environmental research station exploring forest health and developing modern forestry practices.
